Reliance Life Insurance brings 24/7 Contact Center into operation.
Reliance Life Insurance Ltd., with an objective to increase awareness about life insurance to the masses and also to enhance service delivery to its Customer & Reliance Saathi (Agents), has launched 24/7 Contact Center. The Contact center was jointly inaugurated by the Chairman of the Beema Samiti, Mr. Chiranjibi Chapagain & Chairman of the Company, Mr. Tara Chand Kedia amidst a program.
Through this platform, the general public can know about the need of life insurance, its types etc. in general and also obtain information about the Company & its products. Further, Customer & Reliance Saathi (Agents) can place feedback, give suggestions and clarify their queries by calling on 01-4787224 or using Company’s official platforms like Facebook, Twitter, Website, Email and Mobile Application. This would be a first of its kind in the history of life insurance in Nepal and the Company believes that this initiation will further enhance the level of service delivery of the overall insurance industry in days ahead.
